That’s according to new research by the University of Essex and University College London, saying that 10-year-old girls who use social networks are more likely to suffer emotional problems than their peers. More than a million people have signed an online petition calling on Snapchat to reverse its redesign. In a controversial redesign, the company swapped the stories and messages functions for content shared by celebrities and news outlets.
