Zoe Cairns talks Snapchat redesign

More than a million people have signed an online petition calling on Snapchat to reverse its redesign. In a controversial redesign, the company swapped the stories and messages functions for content shared by celebrities and news outlets. Snapchat had aimed to make their app more accessible and attractive to new users, but many have complained it’s become more difficult to navigate. Social media expert Zoe Cairns joined us in the studio to talk about the new move.
